-Check your order as soon as you receive it.
-If anything is defective please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of you receiving the package.
-When emailing us, please include a picture of the defect.
-If you are missing orders or something was sent to you by mistake, please contact email@example.com ASAP so we can get everything handled.
-Any return will be refunded in gift card form.
-Any item that was purchased at 40% or higher or marked SALE will not be eligible for a return, they are considered Final Sale.
-You will have 12 days for The Ruffled Nest to receive your return. firstname.lastname@example.org
-Any item you are returning must be in their original condition, must remain unwashed, unworn, and must remain free of any odors or stains.
-If you order shoes and they come in a box, please place the box in another box so nothing goes directly on the shoe box itself.
-Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
-Colors may change due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lightening and computer monitor resolutions. The clothing patterns may vary as well. These DO NOT qualify as defects and the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
-If you choose to upgrade your shipping, and you end up returning your item, you will not be refunded for the upgraded shipping charge.
